Technology Development

Technology is the lifeblood of scientific discovery. Our principal discovery technologies have been build around molecular probing of chromatin structure and in vivo regulatory factor binding using the endonuclease DNaseI. Together with diverse collaborators in bioengineering, biophysics, mechanical engineering, crystallography, and analytical chemistry we are developing the next generation of tools and technologies for analysis of living genomes.
