Regulatory DNA Atlases
Comprehensive maps of regulatory DNA are vital to understanding genome function in health and disease. A key goal of the lab is to apply innovative technologies to create detailed atlases of regulatory DNA encompassing all human cell and tissue types of pathologic significance. In parallel, we aim to create reference regulatory DNA atlases for major organisms including mouse, zebrafish, Drosophila, and Arabidopsis.
