Drosophila & ModENCODE

In collaboration with the Berkeley Drosophila Transcription Network Program, we have created maps of regulatory DNA using DNaseI hypersensitivity analysis of developing Drosophila embryos and major model cell types.

We have also contributed regulatory DNA maps of reference cell types to the ModENCODE Project (http://www.modencode.org).
